St. James SS18: A creative revision of men’s staples
 

Featuring the brands Paul & Shark, Norwegian Rain, New & Lingwood, Turnbull & Asser, Aquascutum and Sunspel, St. James SS18 bought together a number of significant brands to create a collection that perfectly suits the summer climate through their unique approach to timeless menswear staples.
Dressed in shirts, shorts, chinos, blazers, robes and jackets, each ensemble bridged a connection between the classic and the contemporary, ensuring that there was an element of maturity without the ensembles appearing old-fashioned.
Not pertaining to a particular colour scheme, each outfit exuded a summer vibe. Most exemplary of this was an outfit comprising of powder blue chino shorts and a lightweight crisp white jacket, paired with a striped shirt and a neutral flowing scarf with frayed edges. Fluid with sharp finishing’s, and exhibiting maturity through its neutral colourings whilst remaining fashionable, the outfit perfectly summarized their innovative approach to simple garments.
